Here we'll hold classes focused on opening the heart, connecting to others, sensuality, Ecstatic Yoga, Shamanic Tantra, Ecstatic Contact, etc.

  • 8:00 am - Ecstatic Yoga with Satya

    In this class you will learn a playful way to integrate Yoga, sensuality and spiritual practice. This class offers an easy-to-learn sequence of yogic asanas for you to develop a strong, flexible body, increase the flow of sensual energy, and balance body, mind and spirit. Make Life a Sensual Experience through Yoga. Expand Pleasure & Inner Peace. Reduce Stress & Relax Deeply.
     

   

  • 10:00 - Ecstatic Contact with Satya and Alex:

    In this class we'll use contact dance principles, and applying concepts of sensuality, eroticism and principles of Tantra to help move the Shakti energy to cleanse physical and emotional bodies, and create more intimate connections. This class is for experienced contact dancers, partners and lovers.
