  • 2:00 SACRED SINGING IN COMMUNITY - Vocal Improvisation Workshops with Suzanne Sterling

    ...unveil your own authentic voice...discover a blissful connection with the divine through sound...use your voice as a tool for emotional healing and empowerment...sing yourself awake!
    
    In this class and in sacred space we will begin by learning some basic sound, rhythm and vocal techniques. Then, utilizing these new tools, we will begin an exploration into Deep Self that will culminate in the creation of individual and group song improvisations. Our journey will include toning, voice orchestra games, simple chants and songs, chakra work, journaling, breathwork, guided meditation, and spontaneuos play! This will be a safe and sacred place to find your own unique song and to sing in harmony with others. There is no experience necessary - just a desire to find soul freedom and joy through sound! Please dress comfortably and bring a journal.

  • 4:00 Aum Meditation with Alex & Friends

    The Aum meditation is one of the most intense active meditations from the Osho lineage. It's a highly emotional, high intensity process of going through all the emotions realeasing them and freeing oneself from their burden in the physical body. You'll feel empowered, transformed and renewed after this process. It consists of 12 12 minutes steps: Anger, love, second wind (solar plexus jump), kundalini shaking, caos, free dancing, crying, laughing, sensual dance, hugging, toning.

  • 6-7pm Heart Circle with Nynke Koopmans and Star Ross
    Will facilitate a brother-sister circle, focusing on: Forgiveness. "We invite you to come, strip away your ego, confront your unresolved charges and move to a place where you can truly be in love again. You get to choose."

    Nynke Koopmans had been facilitating heart circles since 1998. She currently works with youth in Oakland and is building a Temple in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

    Star Ross is founder of the Love Kitchen project and currently manages a specialty landscaping business in the bay area.

  • 10:00 AcroSage - Elevated Yoga Massage with Tyler

    In this class we will explore this revolutionary healing modality of partner balancing and inversion techniques using acrobatic mechanics and yoga principles. Supported weightless by the feet and arms of the practitioner, one becomes gently transformed through a dynamic flowing sequence of flying postures. Almost as if being floated upon water, you become completely surrendered to gravity and your own natural body rhythm experiencing blissful expansion, deep alignment and profound activation. Deepen your yoga experience as we journey through simple and pleasant ways to assist each other into more depth, trust and connection. Feel free to bring a friend or come alone.
